Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in carrying Rowdy Vaquero. We’re proud to partner with retailers who share our passion for quality, authentic Western style.

1. Minimum Order

  • All wholesale orders require a $250 minimum merchandise order before shipping and applicable taxes.
  • The $250 minimum applies to each individual order.

2. Order Review & Approval

  • All wholesale orders are submitted as draft orders and are subject to review and approval by Rowdy Vaquero.
  • Submitting an order does not guarantee availability or constitute final acceptance of the order.
  • Once your order has been reviewed and approved, we will contact you with the final order details and payment information.
  • Orders are not considered final until approved by Rowdy Vaquero and payment has been successfully processed.

3. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • If an item becomes unavailable or a quantity needs to be adjusted, we will contact you before finalizing the order.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain products.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping is not included in the wholesale merchandise total.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated separately once your order is packed and ready to ship.
  • The shipping charge will be invoiced separately and must be paid before the order ships.
  • If we attempt to contact you regarding outstanding shipping charges and are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be canceled.
  • Any unpaid shipping invoice may result in the order being canceled and/or future wholesale ordering privileges being restricted.

5. Payment

  • Payment must be received before an order is shipped unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Rowdy Vaquero.
  • We do not consider an order confirmed until payment has been received.
  • Approved wholesale customers may be offered different payment terms at the sole discretion of Rowdy Vaquero.

6. Cancellations

  • Because wholesale orders are prepared specifically for each retailer, cancellations should be requested as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items are non-cancelable once production has begun.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Wholesale merchandise is final sale unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for customer preference, incorrect ordering, or unsold merchandise.
  • Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the item and packaging.
  • Approved claims will be reviewed and resolved at the discretion of Rowdy Vaquero.

8. Damaged Shipments

  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
  • If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photographs before opening the package when possible.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

9. Retail Pricing

  • Wholesale customers are responsible for establishing their own retail pricing; however, Rowdy Vaquero may provide suggested retail pricing for products.
  • Retailers may not advertise Rowdy Vaquero products in a misleading manner or represent themselves as Rowdy Vaquero.

10. Resale

  • Wholesale merchandise is intended for legitimate retail resale.
  • Wholesale accounts may not resell Rowdy Vaquero products through unauthorized wholesale channels or marketplaces without prior written approval.

11. Brand & Product Images

  • Rowdy Vaquero product photography and brand assets may be provided to approved wholesale accounts for the purpose of promoting and selling Rowdy Vaquero products.
  • Images, logos, and other brand assets may not be altered, redistributed, or used to represent another brand.

12. Account Approval

  • Rowdy Vaquero reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale accounts and wholesale orders at its discretion.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale privileges for accounts that fail to comply with these terms.

13. Changes to Wholesale Terms

Rowdy Vaquero reserves the right to update these wholesale terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the revised terms.

Agreement

By submitting a wholesale order, the retailer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
