Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in carrying Rowdy Vaquero. We’re proud to partner with retailers who share our passion for quality, authentic Western style.
Orders
-$250 minimum merchandise purchase per wholesale order, before shipping and applicable taxes.
-All orders are submitted as draft orders and are subject to Rowdy Vaquero’s approval and product availability.
-Orders are not final until approved and payment has been successfully processed.
-We reserve the right to adjust quantities or remove unavailable items.
Payment & Shipping
-Payment is required before orders ship unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
-Shipping is calculated separately once the order is packed and ready to ship and must be paid before shipment.
-Failure to pay shipping charges or respond to our attempts to contact you may result in cancellation of the order and/or restriction of future wholesale privileges.
Cancellations, Returns & Damages
-Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible and may not be accepted once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
-Custom, special-order, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
-All wholesale sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for customer preference, incorrect ordering, or unsold merchandise.
-Defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
-Please inspect shipments immediately and document any visible shipping damage before opening when possible.
Resale & Brand Use
-Wholesale products are intended for legitimate retail resale.
-Products may not be resold through unauthorized wholesale channels or marketplaces without prior written approval.
-Approved retailers may use Rowdy Vaquero-provided product photos and brand assets for promoting and selling our products. Assets may not be altered, redistributed, or used to represent another brand.
-Retailers are responsible for their own retail pricing and may not misleadingly advertise or represent themselves as Rowdy Vaquero.
Account Approval
Rowdy Vaquero reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts that do not comply with these terms.
Agreement
By submitting a wholesale order, the retailer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
